Marketing Group Málaga owns and runs this website. The gardening work itself is carried out by Mauricio’s Gardening Services (Mauricio da Silva Soares) and his team.

2. What data we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, area or town, the services you are interested in, your message and any photos you choose to upload. When you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive the details and photos you send us there. We do not ask for sensitive data, and please do not send it.

3. Why we use your data

• To answer your request and give you a quote
• To plan and carry out the work if you accept the quote
• To keep a record of our communication with you

We do not use your data for newsletters or advertising, and we do not sell it to anyone.

4. Legal basis

We process your data based on your consent when you send the form (Article 6.1.a GDPR) and because it is needed to prepare a quote or contract at your request (Article 6.1.b GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time.

5. Who receives your data

• Mauricio’s Gardening Services (Mauricio da Silva Soares), who prepares the quote and does the work
• Hostinger, which hosts the website and email inside the EU
• WhatsApp (Meta), only if you choose to contact us on WhatsApp

We only share your data with authorities when the law requires it.

6. How long we keep your data

Photos uploaded through the form are deleted from the website server as soon as the email has been sent. We keep your request for as long as needed to answer it and, if you become a customer, for as long as the law requires for invoices and tax purposes. Requests that do not lead to a job are deleted after no more than 12 months.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to object to or restrict its processing, to data portability and to withdraw your consent. Send an email to support@mauriciosgardening.es. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.
